Unimoni Wallet is a virtual pre-paid account that allows customers to load money and make payments through their mobile phones. It offers a range of payment services including Wallet to Wallet transfers, Direct Account Transfers, Various Bill Payments, and Recharge services.

No, there are no charges for registration.

Unimoni Wallet can be used for Instant Money Transfers, Mobile Recharge, DTH Recharge, Electricity Bill Payments, Gas Bill Payments, Merchant Payments, and many more.

Unimoni Wallet is protected by multiple layers of security. Any unauthorized request is rejected at the first security layer, making it highly secure. All transactions outside limits are secured using an OTP sent only to the registered user.

Users can have only one account per unique mobile number. A person with multiple mobile numbers can have different accounts.

Unimoni Wallet is an Android/iOS based app. You can download it on any Android or Apple phone, and you need a 3G internet connection to use the app.

Yes, in case your mobile device is lost, secure your account by calling our helpline number.

There are two types of registrations:
a. Valued Customer (Non-KYC):
Requires Mobile Number, Name, Date of Birth, and Postal Code. Download Unimoni Wallet from Play Store or App Store and provide minimum KYC details.
b. Privileged Customer (KYC):
Complete KYC using Aadhaar card or PAN through the Unimoni Wallet App. Online Aadhaar Verification is available for instant authentication. Registration and KYC documentation can also be done at Unimoni Branches and Authorized Agent Locations.

You can reload Unimoni Wallet via the Mobile App using Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, and UPI through Payment Gateway. Alternatively, visit any branch or Agent outlet.

Use the "View Balance" option in the Wallet App Menu. An e-passbook link is available to check transaction history, rate the service, and provide feedback.

No, only KYC authorized customers can use money transfer services. Non-KYC customers can use all other services except money transfer.

KYC customers can keep up to Rs. 2 lakh, while Non-KYC customers can keep up to Rs. 10,000.

Yes. Any KYC customer can transfer funds (subject to cooling period) to registered and non- registered beneficiaries. Up to Rs.2 lakh can be transferred to a pre-registered beneficiary per month and Rs.10,000 per month for other customers.
