Stay Safe and Secure with Unimoni: Protect Yourself from KYC/Cyber Fraud

At Unimoni, your safety and security are our top priorities. We are committed to providing a reliable and trustworthy financial service experience. Unfortunately, cyber fraud attempts are on the rise, so it's crucial to be aware of the common tactics used by scammers and how to protect yourself.

Follow Secure Customer Identification Procedures (KYC) with Unimoni

We strictly adhere to KYC regulations. Unimoni follows a well-defined customer identification process to ensure safety and prevent fraud. You verify your identity and address using Officially Valid Documents (OVDs).

What OVDs do you need to submit?

Unimoni will require you to provide valid proof of identification and address during the KYC process. This may include documents like your passport, driver's license, voter ID, or UID card. Please note: A PAN card is mandatory for certain transactions.

Unimoni will never ask for your personal information:

Beware of phishing attempts: Unimoni will never request your login details, OTP, PIN, password, or any other confidential information over the phone, email, or SMS.

Your UPI PIN is for receiving money, not sharing. Remember, your PIN is only required to authorize incoming money transfers. You don’t need it to receive money. More importantly, never share your PIN with anyone.

Unique passwords are essential: For your online security, it is vital to use unique and strong passwords for all your accounts. Avoid using the same password for multiple platforms.
