How to Receive Money from India
Share This:

If you are living abroad and someone in India—your family —wants to send you money or you want money for emergency needs, don’t worry. It is not complicated at all. Just ask them to visit the nearest Unimoni branch, and everything else will be taken care of with full support from our side.

Unimoni is here to make international money transfers safe, legal, and smooth. The best part? Our branch team will walk the sender through every step – no confusion, no worries.

There are two common ways your loved ones in India can send money to you:

Sending Money as a Gift (SWIFT Transfer under RBI LRS)

If they want to send you money as a gift (not for business or salary), they can simply visit a Unimoni branch and request a SWIFT transfer. This is done under India’s Liberalised Remittance Scheme through RBI intermediaries partnered with Unimoni.
