Welcome Mr. Krishnan R: Unimoni’s New CEO & Director
It is with great excitement we are sharing you the news of the appointment of our new CEO & Director, Mr. Krishnan R. It is a privilege for Unimoni to bring onboard a leader who can bring decades of experience, and who can drive and operate businesses to excellence which will positively impact business. Being an experienced business leader, Mr. Krishnan R will succeed Mr. George Antony V and he has commenced his responsibilities from 1st October, 2021.
Mr. Krishnan R has guided Financial Controls, Treasury Operations, Secretarial Functions, Accounting, Taxation, Administration and Audit functions to pursue the company’s aggressive growth strategy.
In addition, Mr. Krishnan had offered broad managerial, and strategic advice to management. He has built and established a stronger base for financial reporting, enhanced cost controls and an efficient MIS system for the Company and branches, developing and influencing the management in making various decisions.
A commerce Graduate from MG University and an alumnus of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Mr. Krishnan holds a Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA, ICAI).
The company is aiming to foster business and strengthen the services in a way that meets the customer expectations and demands. While his previous role as Unimoni’s CFO winds down, the next phase of Mr. Krishnan R begins with an aim to taste new success in the days to come…The company is all excited and proud to welcome Mr. Krishnan R as its new leading hand in this journey, and looks forward to exciting times ahead.
